The house was just right for our family of 5. The amenities and description were exactly as described on the site and fit our needs well. It was easy to find and close to everything we did while in San Marcos.

Sandra’s home is perfect for a group needing a place stay close to everything in San Marcos. The home itself is very clean and comfortable. Our stay there was everything we could have hoped for. Sandra is very friendly and extremely kind. One of the people staying with us left an important possession behind at her house by accident and she had it mailed back to us within 2 days. If you’re looking for a great home to stay at in San Marcos, this is your spot.

Sandra was a great host! She is very responsive and helpful. This property is 10x better in person, which is great because the photos already describe its perfection! It is super close to everything, pretty quiet, and comfortably slept my family. The beds are super comfy and everything was very clean and spacious. This was a great deal for me and I’d love to come back and visit again! Book with Sandra :)

Great Location, Great Guest House. Everything was clean and updated, we felt at home. Fit 6 people with no issue, I hope there was one more bathroom but we managed. Sandra was great and proactive. House is close to Everything ( Outlets , Restaurants and I35.) We'll be back.
