We can't decide what's better: the closeness to the intercoastal waterway & short boating distance to the Atlantic Ocean, its spaciousness & unique design (& with amenities aplenty), awesome views from many different areas, especially the top deck lookout point, that the property is great for a friends week away, for couples, for a long term parent or grandparent stay w/visiting family or any other way you see fit for your situation! Besides the bedrooms and and beds listed, we also have a queen size blow-up mattress and a portable crib. Speaking of needs for an infant, we have a high chair and child safety gates.
