Enjoy views of the ocean and bay on the upper floor where the freshly painted open concept kitchen and living room offer bright, comfortable, and fully appointed accommodations. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (coming soon), both a Keurig and drip coffee machines, blender, toaster, toaster oven, griddle, full spice rack, and more. There is a large pantry closet to store dry goods. The kitchen table allows seating for 8, plus two stools at the kitchen island. Relax in the living room where a Smart TV connects you to all your favorite streaming services. Just down the hall, walk out onto the large deck and take in the salty sea air, the sounds of the waves, and of course the views of the ocean from an outdoor dining, grilling, and lounge space. The primary bedroom upstairs offers commanding ocean views from the brand new king bed. There is a large walk-in closet and dresser. It is connected to a full bathroom with stand-up shower. A large bunk room is located on the first floor and consists of two, twin over full bunk beds each with a twin trundle bed underneath, making it possible to sleep 8 kids. Two additional bedrooms on the first floor are comfortably appointed with queen beds, large closets, and dressers. The full bathroom on the first floor is equipped with double sinks and a tub. Also available are a wooden mini crib and pack-and-play. Baby gates also are provided to offer peace of mind and protect little ones from the stairs, if needed. The all-new backyard (pictures coming soon) is the ideal place to spread out and unwind after a day on the beach. Enjoy the built-in fire pit with surround seating. There is also an outdoor shower. The house has central air conditioning and heat. There is a full-size washer and dryer, plus a second fridge/freezer located in the garage. Eight beach badges and beach chairs are provided.
