This house is gorgeous! It is so new that we felt like the contractors must have finished right before we got there. We It was quiet, private & the view is spectacular. Michael was quick to respond to all questions I had for him, he was on top of everything. The amenities are as described with one exception. We found the pool & outside area unusable because of the extensive amount of duck droppings everywhere - even in the pool. It was very dirty & we didn’t feel comfortable even sitting by the fire pit. This may be a seasonal issue due to the warm pool possibly attracting the ducks, I can’t be sure. Other than that we loved it!

This home has it all! Our recent stay included 12 adults and 5 kids aged 10-16. Our host Michael responded promptly to all inquiries and his welcome email included helpful information on everything you could possibly want to do during your stay along with precise direction on check in/check out procedures which were simple to follow. Each of the bedrooms come with an en suite—a huge plus when staying with a large group. The kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to to prepare large meals and plenty of room to sit without feeling crowded. You do need to bring or rent your own bed linens and beach towels— crisp and clean bath towels and extra blankets were provided and there were more than enough of both. The sunsets after dinner were simply spectacular! This was not our first visit to LBI but it was our first stay at this property and we most certainly look forward to making it an annual destination. You will not be disappointed!! Perfect for large family/friend getaways!!

We spent a weekend in September celebrating three family birthdays (5, 75, and 80) despite the weather forecast for coastal flooding. Had an awesome time in this gorgeous house with privacy for everyone and tons of beautiful spaces for group meals, games, and conversations. We had a problem with water heater and Mike responded immediately to get it resolved. The views from windows, decks, and especially the rooftop deck were wonderful. Everyone thought it was awesome and want to come back next year!
