This place was phenomenal. We absolutely loved being right on the bay and having the paddle boards and kayak was so much fun! It is so peaceful but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was spotless and the host was very responsive to any questions we had and they provided everything (beach towels, chairs, badges, etc.) To my surprise, I ended up getting engaged while on this trip so this house holds a lot of special memories to me. My friends and I hope to make staying here an annual tradition!

Staying in LBI is always wonderful but being on the bay was another level. We had wonderful cookouts on the back patio and enjoyed watching the sunset over the bay while finishing dinner with friends. Our host Max and his daughter Blake were the perfect team always quick to respond and easy to speak with on all matters. Upon arrival we met Max and he told us all the amenities available (kayak, SUP, bikes, cornhole, beach chairs, umbrellas, to name a few) on property. The house was recently renovated and was totally comfortable for 6 adults and 3 kids (10 and under) in our party. We had plenty of space to hang out in with an upstairs and downstairs living room which allowed the kids their separate spaces. In addition, there was a few couches on the back deck and a table for eight outside (there was also a table for ten inside) giving everyone choices of where to hang. We did use the kayak and SUP which was fun to paddle around the bay on a flat water morning. I would rent again!

An actual home away from home. This house had everything a girls weekend needed. Perfect for an escape. The water views added to the experience and memories. The owners really thought of it all. From extra towels, beach chairs to kitchen essentials and comfortable beds! I can only hope to book this home again soon!

Great house and great hosts! We were a group of 3 moms with 4 teenage boys, and the house suited us perfectly. Ideally situated right on the bay and a short walk to the beach. The house itself was beautifully furnished with great amenities and appliances. Hosts, Max and his daughter Blake, were super responsive to all of our needs. We loved that they supplied bicycles, kyacks, and paddle boards. The deck out on the bay was perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. Overall, we had a great experience staying in this house and will be looking to book it again next summer!
