Finding the flat from the location details provided was difficult so we parked and had a wander, access using codes was fine once we got used to it. We arrived Saturday afternoon and stayed 4 nights. The flat is new, the setting quiet and the bed comfortable. The tv hadn't yet been cabled in it was linear. The washing machine and dishwasher didn't work. We contacted the helpline. The contact suggested we check under the sink and, if necessary, turn on the water. We did this and got the washing machine working but it never rinsed, spun or drained. We had to turn it off with clothes locked inside. A similar story with the dishwasher, it started ok but never finished the cycle we had to turn it off, rescue the pots etc and wash them by hand. Water appeared in the bathroom after showering. We reported and re-reported each fault but maintenance man never appeared and all we got in return for our numerous queries was lots of "maybes" and other such flannel.
