Very Large and spacious 3/3 with a private pool and Ocean view. The Good: View, private pool, Close to restaurants, TV's in good working condition, clean building, parking, dog friendly The Bad: Have to wear a wristband the entire stay (resort policy), Lighting and drain in Master BD, Outdated kitchenware/Grill, pictures of family that own the unit out on display, only one key provided, Check in, Seaweed. Check in was not great. Went to the front desk and asked where to park, agent said they would be out to show us our room. No one came, had to go back to front desk. Did not offer assistance with luggage. Would be helpful to have a map of the rooms. There is a strong smell of seaweed on the beach due to daily beach cleaning. Building should work better with the city to have it removed quicker. Once finally in the room and settled everything was great. Given the negatives I would still recommend this unit.
