This is a good place to stay! I took the family on a trip and this was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was a great experience and much more reasonable than getting two hotel rooms downtown. Everything was just as described and the house was spotless!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chris’s rental. I had a couple of questions prior to booking and he was quick to respond as well as friendly. There was private parking and the house was impeccably clean, well furnished, and just adorable overall. We will definitely be back for a stay as we travel through Wilmington often..

We booked this extremely last minute and it was the perfect stay! Looked better in person and was about a 20 minute walk to the Live Oak pavilion!

Came to Wilmington to visit for my twin brothers graduation. Had to find a last minute stay due to a terrible airbnb the night before and this airbnb was great! Nice walking distance to downtown area. The place looked exactly like the photos as well. The host is very quick to respond. Friendly reminder if you have walking problems I would suggest that person to sleep in the nice bedroom downstairs. The steps may be a little bit difficult. Would stay here again if I ever visit Wilmington

Good I was ask if not using rooms to not go inside due to cleaning fee. We clean up after our self no trash left behind boil a can soup and went to bed also left everything organize and check in 8 P.m check out 8 a.m clean our dishes and air dry as he ask us to do. Went smooth with rental of one night.
