The area and setting are beautiful. We had everything we needed. We were happy that there were ceiling fans and portable fans upstairs as the weather was pretty warm for October and the window air conditioners for the upstairs were already taken down as expected for fall. The downstairs still had air conditioning and was very comfortable and thanks to the fans and some open windows the upstairs was comfortable as well. Beautiful place with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Also Vibe/ host was very nice to check in with messages to make sure we didn’t need anything. Lake Therapy On Keuka | Lakefront | FLX | Hot Tub Linda & Douglas July 2023 We were blown away by the setting and set-up of Lake Therapy. A perfect child-safe property for a family reunion. These features are incredibly hard to find in one property anywhere in the FLX, and we could not have had such a successful reunion without them 1. Parking lot sets the house back far from the road, generous lawn for kids to safely run around. No flights of stairs to maneuver from car to house or house to waterfront 2. Massive gated lakefront deck, comfortable in sunny and stormy weather. 180+ view of the lake 3. Waterfront had small shallow enclosed lagoon safe for 9-month old to splash in. Gentle slope beyond lagoon 4. House was very nice, well laid out, clean, roomy, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed, enough bathrooms at all times 5. House manager Josh, along with VIBE Management made a wonderful team - before, during, and after our stay, working with us to resolve the few issues that came up, as they tend to do. Thank you for a perfect reunion!
