Great, clean place to stay for a couple nights in town. Easy check in and had all the basics I needed for the weekend trip.

This place is right in the heart of Cortland, OH. Great location for walking into town to get dinner or pick up something from a convenience store. The rental unit was very clean and was a comfortable space for 2 people. Dale was very quick to assist with any questions!

This rental met my most important needs for a safe place to stay with a kitchen to make my own breakfasts. Dale was super responsive when I had any questions or requests. (For example, I asked him about Plug-Ins because I have chemical sensitivities. He unplugged them and aired out the house. While I could still smell the lingering fragrance, I didn't get headaches.) I will be returning to the area in the fall and will look to see if the unit is available to rent.

Dale was very responsive to our needs. He knew we were in town to say goodbye to my mother in law and was very accommodating with an early check in and even left us an encouraging note.
