Property is located on a quiet street and was perfect for our use of visiting family in the area. Beautiful yard and easy to access local restaurants and stores. The house had a rule of “no shoes” which we followed the first day. However, our socks/feet were black within an hour with dirt. The kitchen floor was sticky and we saw a cockroach in the living room. A visiting family member remarked that the house felt dirty upon entering. Bedrooms were sparse with uncomfortable mattresses and low quality sheets. Coffee maker did not work.

Super clean house! Adorable and peaceful. The yard was beautiful and quite large for kids to play! Had we not brought the Florida rain with us we would have been out there running around. Great fire pit outside and the location was spot on! Thankful we found such a cute spot! Highly recommend 💓.

Nicely updated little place. It was perfect for our weekend stay. It has all the basics you need. It is very close to Avalon, you can walk. We will stay here again!
