Very beautiful place, very spacious and well kept. The bedrooms were a nice size and were very cozy. The fireplace table and string lights worked great but there were no matches in the house to help start it. I did find two stink bugs during our stay, the two fans in the living room didn’t work, not a grain of spice so if you plan on cooking make sure to accommodate for that, and at the back door and under the living room there’s a strong oder that smelled like a septic tank.

Great place to stay right next door to Avalon. If you are headed to The Grand Resort for any reason, stay here instead. Better accommodations for sure and you have an entire home to relax in.

This house was perfect for our family and we will be booking our upcoming trips to Niles with Jim ASAP! This will be our rental moving forward when we come home to see family!
