Everything was perfect. The only conflict we had was checking in. There was no proper handovers ahead of time that we are expected guests so we waited for some time and we had plans that night. Other than that, it was all great and she even offered us a late check out. Thank you for making my bday extra special, Ms. Janice! 🫶🏻

The place is neat, comfortable, and quiet. Complete kitchen stuff, great pool, and walking distance to Venice Grand Canal Mall. The host was also nice and responsive. Undoubtedly, this is a great unit.

I had a fantastic stay! The unit was incredibly clean and cozy, with furniture that looked brand new. The place had a delightful scent upon arrival, reminiscent of a high-end hotel. Check-in was a breeze; thanks to Janice pre-registering me, the lobby staff quickly recognized me. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of BGC, close to the airport, and only a 5-minute walk to Venice Grand Canal Mall. Everything you might need is conveniently located downstairs, including a grocery store, pharmacy, ATMs, a massage parlor, barber, nail salon, and even a daycare for kids. This is one of the best units I’ve booked so far. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place in BGC. I will definitely go back to this place. Big thanks to Janice!

the place & price are both steal! glad I found it kahit malayo sa SM Aura. But we enjoy the stay! The host is very accommodating and responsive to my concerns. definitely, feels like home when we stayed there. will surely book the place again when we need it again around the area. salamat po!
