The owner has good customer service, they're very responsive, polite and understanding. We unintentionally an item there and they immediately notified us and arranged for us to get it back. The place is squeaky clean and a perfect place for a quick weekend getaway and a great place to crash after all the excitement in Tagaytay. The place is also very private and secure. 10/10 will book again in the future 😊

The room exceeds our expectation. Very clean, quiet and peaceful place. We celebrate here our 27th anniversary and were very glad we have chosen the place. Only issue for me is that since it is located in a secluded place there are no nearby store to buy some needed stuffs. However the mini sari sari store inside the room is the favorite of my kids. The host is very patient and accommodating. The room have all the basic things for living and they even provide other items i.e.. board game & jenga brick sticks to take a way a little boredom among occupant. In short this is really a great place to stay in and I would really recommend it to my friends and relatives as one of the nicest place in Tagaytay. Thanks to the host Mr. Jann.

This airbnb is perfect size for our family. It is situated in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of Tagaytay but also easy access. The place have things that you would most likely need during your stay. I just wish there was a hair dryer, though... The balcony is a plus. Parking is also convenient. Overall, I would recommend the place to others. Jann is a responsive host, too.

I had an incredible experience at Pine Suites Condominium in Tagaytay. The amenities were outstanding, including the honesty store, spaciousness, and cleanliness. The huge balcony offered breathtaking views, perfect for relaxation. Being on the second floor made it ideal for those with a fear of heights. The host was responsive, and the fast WiFi allowed for uninterrupted gaming. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the complimentary coffee, water, and toiletries were thoughtful touches. Entertainment options like Jengga, chess, and Snake and Ladders kept us entertained. The smart TVs and aesthetic design added to the charm. Safety features like a fire extinguisher were reassuring. Despite a minor internet issue, the host promptly resolved it. The peaceful surroundings and courteous security guards made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to returning for our next vacation.
