Top Notch! Riverfront modern home with amazing views, pool and boat dock that's less than 2 miles away from the beach. We were please from the moment we pulled up to the property. Heidi's communication was excellent and look forward to booking again.

The home is clean and beautiful with high-end finishes and yet there is a hominess about the house that we all enjoyed. The view is amazing! There were 8 of us who got together for a long Easter weekend. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The elevator was fantastic for bringing up luggage and groceries or for anyone with stair limitations. We all enjoyed the pool and even had an Easter Egg hunt. Very nice, thank you, Heidi, for being such a great host!

From booking to departure, this was a wonderful experience! Heidi is very accommodating, friendly and helpful! I feel like I was staying at a friend's home. The house was immaculate, beautiful and comfortable. If there is an issue, Heidi is very responsive. My two kids and I loved that there are three floors, and each could do our own thing, or get together to watch a movie on the 85 inch TV in the living room or cool off in the pool. The kitchen is well appointed. It's a new rental, so others have not left much for spices if you plan to cook, but the grill works great! Huge refrigerator and freezer. And the elevator! What a beautiful thing for moving luggage to the 3rd floor bedrooms. Great views. Dolphins at the dock every day. I would definitely recommend this home. Oh, and close to many great restaurants, less than an hour to Kennedy Space Center and only a few minutes from the Melbourne Airport. Great host, great home, great location.
