We loved our stay at the Sandcastles. Its location is perfect- right on the beach (felt like a private beach!) with a beautiful beach view and such an easy walk to the water. It was quiet, and the condo was so comfortable and had everything our family needed. Larry was an amazing host. We had a small issue on arrival which he immediately handled and was incredibly gracious about it. We would definitely stay at this condo or another one of his properties again! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the rental. The place was exactly as described, close to the Omni amenities, and very convenient to the beach. Upon arrival we found the AC in one of the bedrooms was not working (was hot and muggy) and Larry worked quickly with the owner and a technician to fix in within the hour…on a holiday weekend! We would definitely rent again if we find ourselves back on Amelia Island.

It was a great place. But our request was a view and out location was changed several times. Then we we told we were staying in one room. It changed when we got there.

Everything was wonderful and quiet. Everything we needed was provided and we enjoyed our stay. Larry was very responsive and helpful.
