The location was amazing! Walkable distance to so many places. We loved our stay here.
New, modern townhouse that is designed very well. We needed a super last minute place to stay for a group of 9, and Brandie was able to accommodate us! We got very lucky since it was such a nice place to stay, it's walking distance to many good restaurants and coffee shops and trails. The only negative was that it was confusing to find the townhouse because Google maps leads you to a different location nearby and there seems to be two streets marked the same. Otherwise, our stay was short but great! Wish we could have stayed longer.
A+ for cleanliness, style, and accuracy of the listing. We didn't cook or hang out in the space much -- as we were off riding, eating, and drinking -- but we did have all we needed. Most appreciated were the soft bath towels and comfortable pillows and bed linens. Location was good. We walked to many places, rode from the unit when we did the Slaughter Pen trails, and took advantage of having Meteor and 8th St Market so close. It was a reasonable walking distance to the square, and honestly, nice that it wasn't too close. Not as much traffic and people. One con: the ceiling fan in the 2-queen bedroom loudly clicks, which made falling asleep a chore. We tried leaving it off, but being on the third floor, where the heat and stale air rise, the noise was the lesser of two evils. Also, the place in general leans more toward swank than cozy, which might be a turnoff for some. And it didn't have the personal touches we've enjoyed in our other Bentonville rentals. Very good overall.

The gorgeous scenery of the Ozarks is a perfect place to blaze through challenging mountain biking trails and stroll through local museums. Whether you're a beginner or expert biker, Bentonville has a trail system for you! The Razorback Greenway is for a leisure cruise or walk and Slaughter Pen, The Back 40 or Coler Mountain Bike Preserve are for a more challenging ride.
When it's time to take a break from riding, set your sites on The Momentary Museum, Crystal Bridges of American Art , the Museum on Native American History, Walmart Museum or Peel Museum and Botanical Gardens.
Need to take a break, grab a cocktail and a bite to eat? Bentonville has all sorts of dining options from locally-owned restaurants, bistros and coffee shops. Some of the best cocktails in town are poured here

Most guests have a personal vehicle, though Uber/Lyft/taxis are available. Parking on-site is free. Biking around town is also ideal as there's plenty of bike racks and bike lanes/trails. The closest airport in Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) a 22-minute drive from the house.
