The chalet was beautiful. We’ve come to the catskills many times and this was hands-down the nicest place we’ve rented - it’s a well built modern home with all new furnishings, not an old cabin that’s had a face job like most places - it is minutes from Belleayre and Plattekill, on the mountain that sits right in the middle of Fleischmanns, Margaretville, and Roxbury, so you are central to everything. We will try to get this place every time we come.

What a lovely home this is. Extremely private, on its own plot of land, overlooking a peaceful view and the property's pond. The house is bright, comfortable and easy to be in, and everything is well maintained and tidy. I really felt at home. Stephan and Anushay are interesting and lovely hosts, and were kind and helpful. Just a nice place to be- thank you Stephan and Anushay!

My friends and I had a great time! The house is beautiful, the interior stylish yet cozy, set in the perfect pastoral setting of green hills and woods. We'd love to come back so we can take advantage of the pond in warmer weather. It's no more than 10 minutes from anything you need, food, skiing and loads of hiking, biking trails. The nights are big skies full of stars. The owners were close by, responsive and literally thought of everything to make our stay convenient, welcoming and homey. We will be sharing our experience with friends we hope will come back with us again soon. Thanks Anushay and Stephan, and thanks Borderless for the work you are doing!
