We had absolutely amazing time at the cottage! The location is perfect, you feel as if you were in the middle of nowhere - which is what we needed so much! But you are still close to stores (big supermarket 15min drive) Great place for stargazing, firepits, bbq and relaxing on the back porch with a book. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul and Michael’s cottage in the Catskills. Views were gorgeous, both from the cottage and elsewhere in the area. We found their home and queen bed on which we stayed to be very comfortable, and we enjoyed the amenities provided, including the fire pit outside and records/record player indoors. Our hosts had great recommendations for places to check out nearby (groceries, hikes, specialty shops, etc.) and were prompt to respond each time I messaged with questions. Roasting marshmallows while watching the stars outside was incredible. This beautiful spot in the Catskills is so peaceful and provides a lot of privacy. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Cell service in the area was sometimes great, sometimes non-existent, so having offline maps downloaded ahead of time was helpful. The hosts' directions to the cottage were helpful, too. We would absolutely stay here again. This was such a peaceful retreat from our regular lives. Thanks for everything!

My daughter & I wanted a quiet, peaceful retreat away from NYC. We had looked at so many possibilities on the AirBnB website but something about this cottage felt good. Of course, it's always a bit of a gamble when booking completely on pix & reviews, but this cottage exceeded every expectation. It looks small when you drive up, but it's the perfect size! The floor to ceiling windows looking out to the colors of the mountains with the rabbits frolicking in the field felt like a fairy tale. Beds are very comfortable. The '60's aesthetic is perfect. Record player & speaker were clutch. Please take care of their record collection. Kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't leave the house, cooked all of our meals there for our "girls weekend" and we can't wait to go back. Paul & Michael are very responsive. Next visit we want to meet their dogs. It snowed the full day we were there & we haven't seen that many stars in over a decade (NYC living amiright?). Thanks so much! We needed that!
