Brianna’s place was great. We were a bit concerned by the lack of pictures showing the outside of the house. But we were not at all disappointed. Even though there’s not much space to be outside, they have a lovely lil back door where we would sit by every morning to soak in the fresh air. They made us feel really welcome with some granola, coffee and a selection of teas for breakfast as we arrived late the night before. Everything was easy to find/work out. It was clean and the whole space warms up very quickly. And the bed… don’t even get me started. What a comfy mattress! Definitely slept like babies :) Potentially, a personal suggestion would be to get curtains that fit the windows better. Not that the house gets cold or there’s people around but it would give the guests a bit more privacy and would probably keep the place warm longer. All in all, we are hoping to come back some day :)

We had such a beautiful stay here. Really appreciated the thoughtful details and amenities. Was exactly the step-away-from-it-all weekend we had hoped for. Would love to go back!

My boyfriend and I found the cabin very spacious and calming. I was seeking a place to vacation away from a high-density, multi-roommate, busy working-transporting lifestyle. The Lorca cabin was bigger than my apartment with so many windows with a mountain view and trees encircling the cabin. I think if we stayed later in spring or in summer the view would be bright green, making the stay feel even more private and isolated feeling (there were cabins and homes within sight down the mountain). Everything was great. My only complaint is the listing said cooking oil would be provided, so I did not buy on our grocery haul en route. The house DID provide apple cider vinegar, sugar, Stevia, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, complimentary gluten free granola package so it feels silly to complain too much. We easily found a grocery/"marketplace" in Phoenicia and picked up some olive oil. Bed was super comfy and creek hike 3 minutes driving away. Loved this place.
