I would like to say that Primestay has been the worst Air BNB host that I’ve ever encountered and would strongly recommend not using their service, especially In Rawda, town square. I live in Dubai and arranged an appartment with Primestay for my parents to visit. Firstly, the apartment smelt really realy bad. They stayed there for 10 nights and it was unbearable at times. It smelt of damp / mould and had to use air freshner to neautralize the disgusting odor..The customer service guys were shocking and not very responsive. Secondly, the shower drainage does not work properly so the entire bathroom gets flooded. Tried to get them to fix this but the problem still exist. We requested extra towels as the floor was constantly flooded which took 3 days to arrive. So essentially , you can’t shower properly.Lastly, they had the cheek to try and charge 70 aed for an iron board that was already damaged. Prime stay are untrustworthy and would highly recommend you using an alternative host.

We booked this apartment literally at the last minute having been let down by our previous host who cancelled 5 hours before check in. Primestay were so helpful as we booked about 2hours before we checked in. In that time Primestay got a cleaning team in and we checked in within 2 hours of making the booking. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The apartment was immaculate and in the perfect location for us as our family live in Town square. But I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Dubai. Town Square itself is a great place to stay, we love it. The apartment is fantastic with access to a beautiful park area, swimming pools, gym, restaurants, bars and cafes. We have stayed in several apartments in Town Square but this is the best! Highly recommended
