The apartment is located within the Gravina Resort & Apartments in a very quiet area in the Costa Paradiso Area. The particularity of this apartment is its neighborhood. The apartment is not independent but is adjacent to a few others of the same type. A shared outdoor pool is available just a short distance from the apartment.

Given the geographical area and the location of the apartment, which is not easily served by public transportation, it is recommended to move around with your own car. The property has a free street parking place available.

You can visit the hamlet of Lu Colbu and the seaside village of Costa Paradiso, a landscape covered with Mediterranean scrub and interspersed with coves. The colors of the sea range from green to turquoise to blue.
A masterpiece of nature is Li Cossi: golden and fine sand among embracing pink rocks.
Beautiful spots include Cala Sarraina, a natural harbor, the coves of Porto Leccio, and the romantic bay of Li Tinnari, shaped like a double arch, composed of crushed shells, granite grains, and round pebbles.
Six kilometers from Trinità lies Isola Rossa, a seaside village, named after the color of the islet in front of it. Its modern marina is dominated by a late 16th-century Spanish tower. It's an ideal place for snorkeling and diving.
Surrounding it are countless coves: La Marinedda, one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia, will strike you with the contrast between the azure tones of the sea, the white sand, the red rocks, and the green vegetation. Its extension is the Longa beach.

The oldest human trace in the area dates back to the Mesolithic period in the rock shelter of Porto Leccio. Dating back to the Neolithic period is the Conca di li Fati, a cave carved into the granite rock, a rare case of domu de Janas in Gallura.
The most significant evidence of the Bronze Age is the nuraghe Bastianazzu, west of Isola Rossa: it stands with a complex structure made of granite blocks overlooking the coast.
