Exclusive villa on the first line, recently renovated in the rooms and common areas and enhanced by a splendid infinity pool with incredible sea view. The villa overlooks the pool and the sea, offering amazing sunsets to be enjoyed comfortably lounging on a sunbed, or dining on the large covered veranda also equipped with a maxi hammock. The internal living area is also very panoramic, with a sea view French door, very bright and furnished in Sardinian style. In the left wing, you'll find the modern open kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, American fridge, and professional 6-burner stove. The sleeping area spans both wings of the house. On the left, there are the first two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a shower; the first one with twin beds and French doors, very bright. The second bedroom can be either double or twin, with French doors and a view of the pool. On the right side, there are two more bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, both with direct access to the pool and two bathrooms with showers. The basement includes a laundry room with a washing machine and a second American fridge. There's also a double staff bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower.
