On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a bright open-plan area, with windows facing the veranda and the garden, composed of a living area with sofa, round table and well-equipped kitchen. On the left, two steps lead down to a guest bathroom and to a double bedroom facing the garden and pool and to a twin bedroom with bunk beds and ensuite bathroom with tub. From the entrance, two flights of stairs lead up to the first floor (18 steps) and down to the basement (17 steps). A terracotta staircase with wrought-iron handrail leads up to the first floor to a study which leads to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, with both rooms facing the terrace that overlooks the garden. Going down to the basement you come to a living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, sofas and a guest bathroom. From here, a corridor leads to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, to the laundry room, a bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. A second living area with sofa and TV has direct access to the garden via 5 steps.
