Great location. Quiet street but still close to the boardwalk. Very comfortable place. You can sit on the front porch and see the water in the bay.

Cute little historic home close to the water. Full of antiques, if you like that. Nice big table for family meals. Very clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great, which was definitely necessary in July. Kitchen was well enough stocked for the cooking I did. Beds were good. Great water pressure in the nice, big bathroom. Plenty of towels, etc. We were visiting our daughter, who was doing an internship with a NASA contractor. It was about 15 minutes to Johnson Space Center. It’s close to the water (nice area for a walk). The area has some rebuilding going on (probably after the last hurricane a few years ago), and a couple of vacant houses, but mostly nice vacation homes around. We walked to Seabrook Waffle Company one morning, which was good. Nearby L&A Seafood was good, fresh and well-priced. The host, Stevie, was very responsive to a couple of issues (related to a new/substitute cleaning service). She even had toilet paper delivered and added cookies for our trouble. Great communication.
