This place is gorgeous! As soon as you walk onto the main floor, you are instantly captivated by the views of the water and luxurious kitchen. The outdoor area offers a beautiful spa, which was equipped with colorful lights creating an oasis at night. The kitchen has every appliance possible and is every chef's dream! I felt like the furniture was comfortable and stylish, however the bed in the master bedroom was creaky and made a loud noise when you sat down on one side/corner. The only other issue I had was the fridge smelled like fish upon arrival and throughout our stay. These were small issues and we still enjoyed our stay overall. Everyone who entered the house was in awe of its beauty, and I would definitely recommend this home to others!

First off, the house itself is nothing less than amazing!! It has the most beautiful views of the water from every area. I'm very big on cleanliness and they definitely checked that box! Katia was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The response time for any question or request was within minutes! This was definitely worth the price and my family and look forward to making this a yearly adventure for us, at the same house!!! This was the perfect spring break experience with the Kemah Boardwalk only 5-10 mins away depending on the traffic.

We had an amazing stay at Katia’s place! The house was very comfortable and beautiful. The setting on the lake was so peaceful and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and pool, too!!
