With easy access to Hwy 75 and Hwy 121 you could be in Plano, McKinney, Frisco or Dallas in a few minutes. Abby’s space was better than the pictures and the perfect oasis for our little family while visiting Allen, TX. As new parents, we appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. The blackout curtains were also clutch as it helped all of us catch up on some sleep. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks, Abby!!

Abby was a delightful host. The stay was easy and the place was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Easy and convenient location- close to anything you might need. Abby went out of her way to set up so you have everything you could need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely book again when back in town for work.

Feel free to take a charming walk around our extremely safe and quaint neighborhood. Just around the corner, "Rolling Hills Park" was freshly built within the past year and a great spot to sit and read or play a b-ball game on the new court.
A 10 min stroll behind us - there's a paved path along Exchange Pkwy that steps over the historical railroads across the bridge and to the "Old Stone Allen Dam". At the end of the bridge, walk down the hill and the path continues under the bridge to the waterfall. Take in the scenic route and have a picnic alongside Cottonwood Creek!
Free parking on the side of the house parallel to Exchange Pkwy. Please park on the house side of the street.
