This upscale hotel suite has one king bed & a fully stocked kitchen with full fridge & freezer, stove, oven, microwave, sink, & dishwasher. There is a table with seating for two. The back door balcony has a porch swing & two rocking chairs overlooking the Virginia Creeper Trail & Laurel Creek. The bathroom has a full walk-in shower with a sliding barn door for privacy. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, & soap. Each room has its own climate control for ultimate comfort.

Our 3 night stay at The Riverview Inn at Damascus was just what we needed to relax and unwind. The Inn is brand new and our room was pristine! We found the king size bed very comfortable. The bath linens were luxurious as was the shower. The balcony overlooking Laurel Creek and the Creeper Trail were where we started and ended each day. The view is incredible, and the sound of the creek soothing and peaceful. The grocery store is literally a 2 minute walk and has everything you’ll need should you choose to cook during your stay. We cooked several meals during our stay and also ate out at a couple local restaurants. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! The location of the Inn to the Creeper Trail is literally right outside. We parked our car and rode bikes or walked everywhere we needed to go during our stay. We’re already planning our next trip back and would choose the Riverview Inn again for our stay.

I travel a lot for both work and pleasure. I have lived in the same area most of my life. Love life on the farm in the mountains of VA. I am very active and have variety of interests, most of which include the outdoors and snow skiing. As a guest I am very independent and low-maintenance. You may not even know I was ever there. As a host you will not see me unless you need assistance. I enjoy a clean, uncluttered, non-smoking environment and provide the same.
