This is a lovely one bedroom apartment in an unbeatable location! The apartment is on beautiful A Street SE just seven blocks from the Capitol and within walking distance to all D.C. has to offer. The apartment has an industrial feel - -- exposed brick, large new bathroom with marble tile and walk-in rain shower, all new furnishings, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor of a large Victorian house with its own entrance through a door that is on the side of the house.

I was happy to be the first to stay at Sarah's place since she added it to airbnb. I read all her reviews on her posting on the competitor site which were great. The place was fantastic - extremely clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, huge marble bathroom, and all the amenities including fresh flowers on arrival. The best part of this airbnb is the location - in a lovely neighborhood and walkable to everything ! I drove and used the parking pass that Sarah provided. Parking on the same block as the apartment was no problem. Best airbnb I have stayed at to date.

The apartment is on beautiful A Street SE just seven blocks from the Capitol (and the National Mall) and within walking distance to all D.C. has to offer. You are just a couple blocks from all of the restaurants on Pennsylvania Ave. and Barracks Row. Walk one block and you have Eastern Market with all of its vendors, several coffee shops, a bagel shop, banks, a dry cleaner, a liquor store, a gas station, and other businesses.
The neighborhood is amazing. This is the best part of Capitol Hill -- very residential, but close to everything, including restaurants, bars, public transportation, and all the sights.

We are able to reserve you a parking pass to park on the street near the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to use a parking pass.
