We had a great stay. The place is very clean and so nicely decorated, lots of room, comfortable beds and a nice clean kitchen. The building is nice and is secure with a front desk attendant and parking available underneath. It was a great location for visiting DC with a metro station around the corner. The host was great with friendly communication & clear instructions. Great place to stay!

This was my first time ever using an airbnb and to say that Urban were amazing hosts is an understatement! This place was incredible it had everything as described and they were so fast at responding to messages and questions! I Absolutely recommend this place!

We traveled in for a busy 4 day trip and were pleased with the unit, location, and communication. A few minor inconveniences, but they were handled in a timely manner. We look forward to staying again.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks when relocating to DC. Very convenient. Place was as expected. Host responded very fast.

This is a great place to stay. Metro was just down the block, with two grocery stores in easy walking distance as well (and felt very safe walking around neighborhood). Front desk of complex had host there 24/7, and hosts were incredibly professional and responsive. We found places to park on street overnight, but garage parking available as well by contacting host. We really appreciated the dishwasher, two bathrooms and washer and dryer… gave our family of 4 the flexibility we needed… especially over a hotel room. I’d stay again!
