Sabine is a very kind and helpful host. The accommodation is very pretty, has everything you need to live from and it is clean. The location is remote but easy to access, even during the winter. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom has all you need for a short or longer stay. Be aware that the closest (real) supermarket is 30-40 minutes by car, which was not a problem for us as we were traveling in the region every day by car.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Sabine e Franco due notti. La casa è nuovissima, accogliente ed è stata costruita per avere ospiti. La cucina di fatti è molto grande e super attrezzata. La camera e il bagno spaziosi e puliti. I proprietari sono gentili e molto disponibili, entrambi parlano italiano, quindi è stato molto facile interagire e scambiarsi informazioni È stato sicuramente uno dei migliori alloggi in cui siamo stati nel nostro viaggio in Islanda . Super consigliato

Sabine and Franco have done a great job keeping the house clean. Franco was a great person to talk to even though he doesn't know much English, but we communicated with his Italian and my broken Spanish. Sabine cares a lot about how certain things are done in the house and that's what probably keeps the house in the spic and span state that it's in, but that led to some odd interactions: She charges a small fee for using the washer and dryer but she's very careful (too careful) about how many clothes go in the washer and of what material. She inspected every piece of clothing that went into the washer. In the kitchen, there are 5 different trash cans, one each for dry paper, cans, organic/food waste, plastics, and everything else. But because all the bins weren't clearly labeled, we had to do some reshuffling of trash so that they ended up in the right bin. It was a bit amusing experience, not too serious. The room was great but the bathroom felt a bit tight.

Very very beautiful house! The kitchen and bathroom are spotless and very nice to use :) The sureoundings are peaceful and the hosts are helpful! ☺️ Really liked to stay here!

Sabine et Franco nous ont très bien accueilli chez eux. La maison est magnifique, confortable, très propre et au calme 🙂
