This is a cozy cabin, ideal and romantic for 2 but will accommodate three or four if children sleep on the pullout queen sofa. No parties and no daytime guests allowed inside or on the property without written permission. No smoking or vaping inside guest cottage. Outside smoking on driveway is ok but please dispose of butts safely and never throw on the grounds or woods to avoid forest fires. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7 am to respect guests and neighbors quiet enjoyment. NOTE: The larger next door cabin is available for rent for larger groups of 10 to 12 and is not part of this rental. Hot tub, fire pit, grill, main cabin porches and decks are NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. Please respect the privacy of other guests at large cabin. Guest parking for small cabin is on right driveway of main cabin. 2 car maximum. Do not block shared driveway access for other guests or cleaners who also need access.
