I travel to Cardiff regular for work, I have stayed in a number of different apartments and Airbnb’s, and by far Jay’s place is the best! Clear and easy instructions to follow, the location is great and very secure. Easy access to the marina, Cardiff bay and just an 8 min train into Cardiff central! The view from the property is beautiful, very relaxing to have dinner and a glass of wine after work watching the boats and sunset! The standard and interior inside the property is of excellent standard! It really made me feel at home and comfortable. I did not need to contact Jay during my stay as I had everything I needed, however when I messaged him to arrange booking my next stay he was great! Very responsive and accommodating to my requirements. I can highly recommend booking this apartment whether it be for business or pleasure as it has everything to suit either reasons for travel! I loved it! So much so I have already booked for my return trip! Thanks again Jay!
Beautiful flat in the perfect location for us, really close to the swimming pool
We had such a lovely stay. The apartment was really peaceful and comfortable. We loved the views of the bay, but the best thing was how lovely Jay was and quickly he responded to all our questions.
My husband & I have just returned from a 3 night stay. Our first Air BnB & what a great experience it was. Jay was so helpful & very responsive right from the start. We visited Cardiff just the two of us, ahead of my husbands birthday. The apartment was quiet, clean & had everything we needed. We used Uber to get to the City Centre for food/shopping & to Mermaid Quay the one day to have a wander there. Tesco is just a 5min walk across the bridge which was really handy for us. We also made use of the bakery, just 2mins away, for a balcony breakfast. The view from the balcony was great & we sat out there each morning, even in the rain as it's sheltered. We went to our first Ice Hockey match & had a great time & it's just a few wins walk away from the apartment - thankfully, as it was pouring with rain when we came out of the stadium! We really enjoyed our stay & would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment or Jay as a host. Thanks for providing us with a great first experience.
