There were roaches and ants. When I messaged Anna about the ants she ignored the issue. I wasn’t happy that the yard wasn’t secure and the front porch on the main house had no door on one door way and the other door was open so my dogs could run right through it. The gate to the yard was always open and the fence was pieced together with various pieces of fencing. I complained and she offered me 30% and said I was lying about the roaches which came out the first night we were there. We were going to just stick it out after the ants and yard discussion and went to Walmart to buy a gate because I didn’t want my dog running out into the yard. I was concerned about my dogs reaction to her moms dog and said my dog would be ok if they were introduced properly and she ignored that as well accusing my dog of being vicious. The house itself was cute but trust me I wouldn’t stay here. There are cheaper options for much nicer places. I did get pics of the roaches and yard but can’t post them.

The unit was very hot when I went in, it took quite a while for it to cool down where it was acceptable. My recommendation is to turn on the air conditioner a minimum of two hours before guest check in so it’s comfortable when they get there. Also, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and woke me up several times throughout the night.

It is a small unit which is adequate for one person, but would be tight for 2 guests. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The host does not speak English but does use a translator, and she is very friendly. It is a no frills unit but served my purpose well.

Quiet, cozy, and clean! My partner & I stayed at Anna's place for a week, with our large dog. It is cozily small, so if there are two adults, you need to really like each other. The neighborhood is very quiet, so if you're looking for a place to rest away from the crowds, this is a good spot. It's close to restaurants, shops, & beaches, so it's a good location. The place was very clean and had all the essentials. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything you might need. The kitchenette was functional. There's an outdoor sitting area, which was nice especially while letting the dog run in the fenced yard. Lots of lovely plants! Anna was quick to respond to any and all messages before arrival and while there. Her family was friendly when we happened to cross paths, and her dog is awesome! We would stay again if in the area.

Anna und ihr Mann haben sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Man hat seine Privatsphäre, die Gegend ist ruhig. Verständigung ging nur mit Übersetzer auf dem Handy, aber das ist ja nicht schlimm. Das Bad ist neu und sauber, es gibt gute Handtücher und auch die Betten sind sauber. Wir hätten uns etwas Platz für unsere Kleidung gewünscht, so mussten wir aus dem Koffer leben. Die Sitzecke im Garten könnte man etwas schöner gestalten. Aber Anna ist sehr lieb und wir sagen DANKE.
