We visited from the UK and stayed for a week, before driving on to Orlando, we loved it and were sad to be leaving. The house is in a safe neighborhood, near to plenty food shops and restaurants and 2 miles from the beach. Every morning I went running from the house down to the beach and back, felt very safe and had some amazing scenery, especially when running over the drawbridge where I saw dolphins in water below. Checking into and out of the house was easy, good communication. The house was spacious, two good size bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and nice seating by the pool. we would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to everything and John was very helpful and communication was great. We will definitely be staying here again.

Johns place was the perfect vacation stay. The house itself was clean and nice and it had the perfect beachy yet at home feel to it. The pool was bigger then the pictures make it out to be and it was super nice and there were even tables and chairs to eat and relax out by the pool area. The house also has all the basic beach necessities which is super nice. And the check in and checkout process was super easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

What a wonderful and lovely place to stay while visiting the Englewood/Venice area. The check in was easy and the home was stocked with all of the things needed for a comfortable stay including pool towels and floats. John was great at communicating and answered all of our questions. We would definitively stay there again.

Beautiful house and very private. Just a few things I’ve shared with the owner to keep the house cooler during the warm weather. I would rent this house again. Very convenient access to everything.
