Gina and her cat Samba were very nice. Gina made my short stay feel more like a home, one that I've lived in for years. I would highly recommend staying with her in the future, and I plan to as well.

Gina's place is exactly as advertised. Actually far better!😊 Gina's home was the most equipped home ever witnessed. Everything you would need and then some. Gina herself is the ideal hostess and housemate. Pleasant, genuine, generous, knowledgeable and supportive. I plan to stay here next year same time if possible. Highly recommended👍👍👍👍👍 Five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was a wonderful time when I lived in Capitola. Gina is such a beautiful woman and a great host. Everything was clean, shiny and we spent some good time together also. The location is great. I love Capitola. Will miss this place a lot. I did not spent full time because of coronavirus but hope to spend it maybe next time when I come back to CA. Thank you, Gina, for everything! Wish to you having good guests like me ;-)

Gina's home is beautiful and accommodating. She has a binder filled with all the pertinent information you'll need for your stay including passes to the Monterey Aquarium. I would definitely book again next time I'm in the area.
