Perfect location for what we visited the area for (basketball) place was just as described and served its purpose. Host was very polite and attentive.

Great stay. Very accurate listing, but bigger in person than expected! 8-10 minute walk to Sports and Event Center, 5 minutes or less to Winthrop. College kids all around, felt very safe. Clean. Host very responsive. Would look to stay here again next time in the area!

Super convenient to Rock Hill Sports Complex and Winthrop. With two daughters that play travel volleyball, the apartment is located right across the street from the West Court and less than a 5-minute walk to the Rock Hill Sports Complex. This is great for long tournament weekends. We will be back during next season!

I love the location of the place and the responsiveness of the host. The only issue I had was with hot water when it was time to shower. I let the host know the next day while we were messaging. She was very responsive and had her maintenance person come out while we were out. However, I felt along with those staying with me that the water still wasn't hot enough to shower after maintenance came. I did not bring it to her attention the last day that we stayed because we were checking out the next day, but when she asked about the water again I did let her know. She informed me that there had never been a problem before with past guest or with their regular check-in at the place. I think this is something that they should check again. Overall the place is located in a great area.
