Traveling as a group doesn’t mean you have to give up luxury. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Plus, it is located in a safe neighborhood that will provide a calm oasis. Equipped with all the details and amenities of home, you can unwind in a peaceful environment close to everything you need. Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night’s sleep! Bedroom 1: 2 Queens Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Additional: 2 foldaway beds (sleeps 1 each) The bathrooms come with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience. Our living room and two bedroom's features a Smart TV for you to unwind with your favorite show. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for you to enjoy. If you prefer hands-on entertainment, we have a beautiful new pool table and board games where you can challenge your friends and family! While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for your next culinary adventure: Refrigerator Microwave Stove Oven Dishwasher Coffee maker Tea kettle Toaster Blender Pots and Pans Bowls and plates Cups and mugs Silverware In the backyard, we also have a BBQ and utensils for fun meals outside, as well as a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for Las Vegas summers. Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $100/day fee and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. Depending on weather, the pool can be heated to approximately 84 degrees. Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. Don’t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washer and dryer in the house to get you looking your best.
