If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, highly recommend this spot. We stayed in Praino at the recommendation of a friend - it’s perfectly situated on the amalfi coast. Out of the crowds of Positano but still close enough to get there in 10 minutes by bus. This home was simply perfect - the views are even better than the pictures, easy walk to incredible restaurants (Kasai for high end fine dining with incredible views, Che Bonte for the best pizza and amazing pasta on amalfi coast, friendly service at a family run restaurant - make sure to get something with their smoked mozzarella 😋), and not far from il pirata beach club - be sure to book a chair in advance and spend the day sipping wine and eating salty homemade chips, diving into the sea and reading a book on a sunchair. An entrance to path of the gods is also walkable from here - be warned there are * many steps * at the beginning but it is well worth it - make sure to bring cash to enjoy a frozen aperol spritz and lemon granite
Had a great stay at Casa Cinque! Absolutely incredible view from the backyard exactly as pictured with lawn chairs for you to soak up sun or enjoy the view. The hosts are very responsive, gave detailed instructions about finding the unit and check in/out, and always replied quickly to any questions that we had. They also hooked us up with a driving service that we uses for airport pickup and drop off as well as to one of our excursions to Pompeii. The one thing to be aware of is that the trek to the apartment is no joke- lots of hills and stairs, you get a workout in every time you come and go. But you will be near some of our favorite restaurants of our whole trip and again, the view from the air bnb is so beautiful that it’s definitely worth it without a doubt. Fell in love with Praiano! Very communicative and helpful for guiding us in figuring out our stay in Italy. The property is simply amazing- private, great view, in a much more quiet town than Positano and Amalfi. BE READY to walk a lot of stairs though =)
