The home offers a game room, theatre room, bar top deck, etc. Access to our HOA amenities include a pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, a basketball court and a park for small children!✨ This newly remodeled home has so much character! Each bedroom has a beautiful view of the hill country. This home has modern furniture and high end appliances along with fully stocked kitchen items. If you love coffee, then you will love our Breville espresso machine! On our top floor, we have a master bedroom with a king bed and master bath, attached is a room with a twin bed and a vanity. From the master bedroom, you can step out on our balcony for the best view in the house! Our middle floor is the kitchen, dining area, living room and deck! Our bottom level has 3 queen bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower. Our white couch turns into a bed that sleeps 2 guests as well. We are able to accommodate 9 people that can sleep in beds, the white couch that turns into a bed and the rest can sleep on the couch (which is very comfortable) or even in the game room because those cushions are like clouds — they are extremely soft and wide!
