The hot water heater stopped working while we were visiting. John reacted quickly to get a plumber out to evaluate the problem. The plumber installed two new units while we were out golfing. We appreciated John's prompt communication and addressing the failed hot water heater!

Family had an amazing time at this property. The views were amazing and we had a great time playing on the ping pong table. Views were amazing.

We really enjoyed this spacious house-it was perfect for our couples trip. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Really enjoyed the deck and the view.

The home boasted stunning hillside views in a gated community, perfect for a family vacation. However, despite its potential, numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues marred the experience. The $300 cleaning fee didn't reflect the neglected details, such as stained pillowcases, dirt and debris on the floor, uncleaned media room, broken toilet, broken glass in dishwasher, constant noisy pipe knocking and lack of basic toiletries. Contacting the host about these issues yielded no response, prompting a direct appeal to Airbnb for assistance. Eventually, a discount was offered, but the host accused us of lying, causing the damage and scamming. At that point I had already paid in full at a rate almost triple the norm due to the eclipse and expected him to respond but his lack of communication and accountability soured the experience, leading to an early departure. While the home had great potential, poor customer service overshadowed its positive attributes.
