Property is located close to many wedding venues, making a perfect place to accommodate your wedding party guests. Only 5 minutes to the Renaissance Festival Grounds, close to Lake Conroe, Montgomery, Magnolia and Tomball. Home is stocked with all essentials, just bring food beverage and personal items. Your home away from home. 3 Rooms with King beds all downstairs master bath has private restroom. Two other rooms share one full restroom. 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each upstairs each room has private full bath. 2 additional twin extra long roll away beds are available 4 queen beds upstairs 3 Kings Beds all downstairs 2 roll away beds twin extra long

Beautiful place! We hosted my niece’s wedding outside and had a great day! Josie was friendly and responsive. Not a ton of cleaning expected before checkout. Just dishes and gathering towels to laundry room. Everything was easy. Thanks for letting us use your house to host. She had a magical day!
Our family of 4 adults and 3 other families with smaller children, a total of 16 of us stayed in Josie's place comfortably. All the amenities, in rooms, bathrooms, kitchen were thoughtfully provided. Nothing was lacking. The interior of the house was beautifully designed that made us feel welcoming. The outdoor scenery with cows & horses made us feel like in a movie setting. Spending views from every corner of the house. I would recommend anyone to experience the stay at Josie's.
