This was the PERFECT Derby stay for our group. New Albany is unbelievably cute with SO MUCH to do! We walked to the cute downtown area less than a 10 minute walk away. I always felt safe. Every single restaurant and bar we tried had excellent food and awesome experiences. Bethany has thought of everything and even left us some very sweet Derby stuff! Comfortable beds, lots of space, fully stocked, etc. We didn't have a chance to use the firepit cause of rain but it was all setup for us. We will definitely be back and stay here again.

Bethany's Airbnb, location, and hospitality surpassed all expectations! From the outset, she demonstrated quick and thoughtful communication. We informed her we had 1yr with us and she offered a pack and play and high chair so we did not have to rent them. She also provided toys, a sippy cup, and local children's books for bedtime. The house looks recently renovated is modernity yet true to the area in its décor. Bethany also allowed us to check-in early so we could get our daughter a nap after a long travel morning. Her regular check-ins underscored her dedication to guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns. Notably, when faced with a drainage issue, Bethany had plumbers there within 30 minutes, swiftly rectifying the problem. Anyone traveling to the Louisville area, whether for the Derby or any other purpose, Bethany's exceptional hosting and her impeccable home offer an unparalleled experience. Highly recommend, unequivocally deserving of 10 out of 5 stars!

Bethany is wonderful host who responds quickly to any questions you may have. The house was perfect size for me and my guests. The house wasn’t too far from the grocery store, restaurants, or other businesses. The only thing I would suggest would be to add window treatment to the window right across from the back bathroom.

It offered the best of both worlds, situated in the heart of New Albany, with easy access to Louisville, Kentucky. This spot is ideal whether you're exploring the local attractions or venturing into the neighboring city. Bethany herself was a standout host. Not only was she incredibly responsive, but her kindness and professionalism shone through, especially when we encountered a minor plumbing issue. Her prompt attention to the matter ensured that our stay remained enjoyable without any hassle. Overall, Bethany's place is a gem!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were 4 people for a weekend and we felt safe, loved all the extra touches Bethany provided to be able to cook and the added snacks! The living room and back yard offered a lot of space to hangout. The house wasn’t too far from the activities we did and had parking spots out the front door. The place was very clean and well stocked!
