The tiny house is on the private property of the owners, but with no view of the owner's residence. After turning into the main driveway, you will soon turn right to access the private driveway to the tiny house. If you are arriving after dark the private driveway is illuminated with landscape lighting. And the parking area has motion detecting lighting that will help you easily enter the house. There is also a motion light on the porch.
