We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay at Eduardo's Place, the location is great, just 10 mins drive from the SB seafront and just a few mins drive from some great Mexican restaurants. The accommodation is exactly as described, very comfortable and well appointed/equipped. Linda is super responsive and helpful, a really excellent host. Worth noting that there is no parking on the property, but we had no problem parking on the road outside and its a few metres to carry any luggage. Would have no hesitation recommending. What an amazing gem of a home away from home in a fantastic Santa Barbara/Montecito location. Linda's little cottage is charming and cozy, stylish and inviting, well-appointed; it really feels like you're invited into someone's private home. It could not have a better location, sitting on a rise above the country club golf course, with a fantastic view beyond to the ocean. What's more it's extremely private and quiet, two musts for me when I'm traveling for work. Yet, it's a quick drive down to dining, groceries and downtown Santa Barbara. PLUS... it smells incredible. Clean. And fragrant with all the flora in the area. Nice breeze on a few mild nights. No air conditioning but that wasn't a problem during my stay in Spring-like Santa Barbara conditions. It was the perfect spot for me to come home at the end of a long workday and simply relax. Hope to stay there again! Thank you Linda!!!
