Newly renovated studio near East Beach and Cabrillo Park, where the Rainbow Arch is. Relaxing at the beach is a quick walk from the property, lower state street and funk zone area would be about a 30 minute walk along the beach but would be a quick drive. 1 Queen Bed with bathroom and one sofa bed in living room (if needed) Parking available onsite for one vehicle, please note that parking is rather difficult in our area, I can only advise you plan accordingly. There are other units on the premises but only the parking area is a shared area.

Great place to stay in SB. 7min drive to Downtown and walkable to the beach. The place was super clean also and having private parking is a huge plus. The surrounding areas are not exactly residential but the unit is behind a gate that can only be opened with a passcode. Sometimes you can hear cars passing by as it's near a primary road but it's not a nuisance. Overall, i really like the cleanliness of the place and the modern look. would recommend.
