We adored this lovely cottage. It is bright, beautifully decorated and so quiet and private. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. We felt right at home. We and our dog enjoyed the yard, too. The cottage is located in walking distance to great restaurants, cafe’s and breakfast in the morning. Jeanine’s has delicious breakfast and pastries. The cottage is also in walking distance to Butterfly Beach. We walked all the way to Santa Barbara and back. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.

Truman’s place was a perfect retreat for a few days of vacation! Very walkable, nearby several good restaurants, coffee shops, etc. But the property itself was such a nice light-filled oasis, and very well designed, while being very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous place and the location was fabulous. Only complaint was that we could hear the upstairs guests very easily. They were early risers and walked around a lot so we were awoken both mornings at 6:15. If you’re an early bird, it would be fine, but we had hoped to be able to sleep in a little bit. Otherwise, it was terrific. Hot tub was NICE!!
