The good: Jacob's place is in a great location - right in between the David Citadel Hotel and the King David, just a short walk to Mamilla Mall & the Old City. Jacob was very responsive to questions & easy to get a hold of. He is also working to get us a partial reimbursement, which we greatly appreciate. The not so good: When we arrived the apartment was not clean. The window was open, but when we closed the window we started noticing a not too pleasant smell. There were a few hairs on the bed, the coverlets were not clean & one of comforters was stained. There was dust on all surfaces and under the beds. We lived in Jerusalem so I know you can dust & 20 mins later find dust again but this was accumulated dust. There was paint peeling off the ceiling of the bathroom. What we found was not what was presented in the photos and we ended up leaving. Jon was responsive and offered us another place to stay, but at 9pm we wanted to ensure the next place we went was sanitary so we declined.

Jonas & Jacob's place was conveniently located and easy to find. Unit was clean and beds were very comfortable. Jacob was very responsive and addressed any issues we had. Looking forward staying again in the future.

This apartment is at a spectacular location. The building is lovely, and so is the view, but the apartment itself is a bit run down - some paint peeling, older bathrooms, etc. it's good value for the money, though
