Property in great location for local attractions in North Wales, parking up was a hassle and neighbour at start of road was rude, house needs more kitchen utensils such a cheese grater, oven dish etc would have been useful and basics like salt and pepper. Not even a freezer box in fridge so couldn't keep some items we got in supermarket on way or keep our ice blocks frozen. kitchen and bathroom fittings a bit shoddy eg oven didn't heat up, only grill/hob worked and laminate floor sticking up so kept tripping up, the bathroom tiles didn't fit around bath area which seems to causing damage to kitchen ceiling and toilet seat was broken. TV in bedroom didn't work either despite trying to tune. Overall house didn't seem well maintained and could do with a good spring clean. I had to vacuum the downstairs when we arrived as filthy with bits and dust. the best thing it had going for it was locality for Colwyn Bay promenade and centre. I think this property is over charging for what it offers.

The little cottage was lovely however there were issues. Immediately I could tell the place was not cleaned to a high standard. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been hoovered or cleaned. The kitchen was the same. Backs of cupboards coming off in the kitchen , dirt splatters on the window sills. Drawers and inside of cupboards were dusty. The cushions on the sofa were old and looked dirty. The bedding on both beds were very old and bobbly. One even had rips in it. The towels were old and frayed at the edges. All this is just feedback for the owner who can easily put this right and make the place a far nicer stay for guests. Also parking caused an issue with neighbours. No place for the car on the lane as one neighbour has two cars so took the space of this cottage. Think parking issues should be explained to guests.
