Elegant and modern apartment of about 70 sqm located on the third floor of a building without elevator (steps to access), can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The accommodation offers a wonderful view of the walls of Lucca and the courtyard, located in a pedestrian area (ZTL), a short walk from the center of Lucca and the major points of interest of the city, including Piazza Napoleone and Lucca station. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The accommodation is located on the third floor of a building without a lift (stairs to access). The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, TV with Netflix; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV with Netflix, table and chairs; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, various cooking utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine/ dryer, crib for the babies PLEASE NOTE: There is no air conditioning in the apartment.

comfortable apartment, but it's on the 3rd floor with narrow stairs
L'appartement est tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce très joli et bien décoré. Cependant quelques détails manquent par exemple une machine à café qui marche, quelques dosettes de café aurait été sympa... des condiments pour cuisininer les premiers plats. Dans la salle de bain des portes vêtements sont utiles. La rue est tres bruyante le soir. À part cela l'appartement est magnifique
Great apartment which is newly refurbished. Amazing location…very close to the train station and many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Very quiet and private location. Sabina was very helpful and responsive.
Vi bodde i denna lägenhet under en vecka och var väldigt nöjda. Lägenheten har allt man behöver, är fräsch och ligger i ett mysigt område med många restauranger. Lägenheten ligger nära det mesta (inklusive parkering - gratisparkering 15 min promenad och betalparkering 5 min promenad). Värt att nämna är att vardagsrummet ligger mot en livlig gata, vilket hördes tydligt i vardagsrummet. Vi hade inte några problem med det men bra att veta om man vill ha total tystnad. Värden var mycket behjälplig och hade bra tillgänglighet. Som värden skrivit i beskrivningen så ligger lägenheten på tredje våningen. Trapporna är väldigt smala. Vi hade en barnvagn med oss och det var svårt att ta med den upp till lägenheten. Efter första trappan finns dock ett utrymme där vi kunde ställa barnvagnen, vilket var toppen. Sammanfattningsvis är vi mycket nöjda med boendet!
